Delivery Information

All orders within the United kingdom are shipped within 1 working day.

UK orders will only be shipped with Royal Mail unless specified.

International orders will be sent with Royal Mail international standard, we do not hold any responsibility for import duties or tax.

  • Where is my tracking number?
    We exclusively send our scratch cards with Royal Mail 1st class. Just like your regular post as they are so thin. Unfortunately there is no tracking with this service.
  • Is the package discrete?
    All orders are sent in plain brown envelopes with only the shipping label on the outside. Unless the package is opened there is no way to tell the contents.
  • Do you offer custom scratch cards?
    Currently we do not offer one off custom scratch cards. If you have any new designs you would like to see, please contact us.
